Regionalny Koordynator/Koordynatorka Nieruchomości

We are seeking a Regional Property Coordinator to manage real estate operations, oversee maintenance, and ensure compliance with legal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the proper operation of facilities and premises in accordance with applicable laws
• Supervise companies conducting maintenance and repairs
• Prepare valuations, verify, and select offers for work beyond the scope of existing contracts
• Verify and settle service costs
• Maintain and archive operational documentation of facilities and premises
• Collaborate with property owners and managers of leased properties

Requirements

• Ability to independently solve problems
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to work in a team
• Flexibility and mobility
• Basic ability to read technical documentation
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Valid driver's license category B

Nice to Have

• Experience in a similar position
• Technical education is an advantage

• Your personal data is processed for the purpose of conducting the recruitment procedure.
• Personal data within the scope indicated by labor law provisions on recruitment is processed based on art. 22¹ of the Labor Code and art. 6 para. 1 lit. c) of the GDPR.
• Other personal data provided by you voluntarily (e.g., image data) is processed based on your consent, i.e., art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.
• If you give separate consent, your personal data will also be processed for future recruitment processes conducted by the administrator based on art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.
• You can withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out before its withdrawal.
• The administrator may use IT tools, including those using artificial intelligence to support the recruitment process, in particular for organizing candidate applications, identifying competencies, supporting document analysis, creating candidate rankings, or preparing recommendations for recruitment personnel. These tools are supportive and may use classification, sorting, or recommendation mechanisms for candidates based on information contained in application documents. The administrator does not make decisions about candidates based solely on automated personal data processing referred to in art. 22 GDPR. All recruitment decisions are made solely by authorized employees of the administrator.
• Your personal data may be disclosed to entities providing services to the administrator (e.g., recruitment system providers, AI tool providers, IT service, hosting, and technical support providers, legal services), based on data processing agreements, and – if you consent – to other companies in the capital group to which the administrator belongs.
• Due to the administrator's use of technology providers' services, data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, the administrator ensures appropriate safeguards required by GDPR, in particular standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
• Personal data collected as part of the ongoing recruitment process will be stored until the end of the process. If you consent to participate in future recruitments, the data will be processed for 6 months.
• You have the right to access your data, correct it, restrict processing, delete data processed based on consent, the right to data portability, withdraw consent at any time, and lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
• Providing personal data within the scope of art. 22¹ of the Labor Code is necessary to participate in the recruitment process. Providing other data is voluntary.
