Retention Marketing Manager

About the Position

We are seeking a Senior Retention Marketing Manager with 2+ years of experience to develop and execute retention strategies in a fast-growing product ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Developing and launching player retention and win-back marketing initiatives (promotions, bonus programs, tournaments, and personalized campaigns);
• Designing and executing multi-channel communication strategies (Email, Push, SMS, Pop-ups, Notification Center, Messengers);
• Analyzing campaign performance, building reporting dashboards, and formulating data-driven hypotheses for optimization;
• Segmenting target audiences and crafting tailored promotional offers;
• Coordinating with regional teams to ensure timely execution of marketing campaigns;
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product, Analytics, and Growth;
• Monitoring core retention KPIs and consistently achieving target performance metrics;
• Overseeing campaign setup integrity and verifying the technical execution of all campaign mechanics.

Requirements

• Experience as a Retention Marketing Specialist – 2 years or more;
• Hands-on experience in planning and executing marketing activities, promotions, bonuses, and tournaments focused on retention and win-back;
• Deep understanding of mechanics behind promotions, bonuses, tournaments, and quests;
• Ability to calculate the unit economics of campaigns, bonuses, and tournaments, as well as evaluate their ROI/effectiveness;
• Experience with player segmentation, setting up personalized communications, and trigger-based workflows;
• Strong knowledge of key Retention and domain-specific metrics, alongside proficiency in cohort analysis;
• Ability to analyze data, test hypotheses, and optimize marketing initiatives based on analytics;
• Hands-on experience with analytical tools: Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI;
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a multitasking environment;
• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
