About the Position
Sales & Growth Lead – AI-native Platform (f/m/d)
COMPARUS GmbH is seeking a Sales & Growth Lead for their AI-native platform to drive scalable growth through strategic sales and market development.
Responsibilities
As Sales & Growth Lead, you will have end-to-end responsibility for building and further developing an AI-driven sales and growth system. Your role will involve:
- AI-driven sales systems: Developing an end-to-end sales system that makes the value of AI understandable, measurable, and scalable.
- Strategic market and relationship building: Establishing, maintaining, and utilizing robust networks at decision-maker and C-level.
- Platform, Partner, and Reseller Models: Establishing and managing scalable partner and reseller structures.
- Growth, Adoption, and Expansion: Responsibility for onboarding new customers, platform usage, and adoption.
- Organisation and Collaboration: Establishing and developing a sales organisation that thinks and learns systemically.
Requirements
- Several years’ experience in building or managing complex sales or growth systems
- Experience with B2B SaaS, platform, or technology-related products
- A strong, systematic understanding of sales and growth models, platform and ecosystem logic, and the real value of AI beyond buzzwords
- Proven ability to communicate at decision-maker and C-level and to strategically position complex offerings
- Existing network or the ability to build one in a structured manner
- Strong hands-on mentality without ego or title-driven thinking
- Very good German language skills (C1) and good English language skills (min. B2)
