About the Position
WebbyLab is a Ukrainian IT outsourcing company specializing in developing scalable and feature-rich Web and Mobile applications using Node.js, React.js, React Native, and PHP stack. We have successfully completed projects for prominent clients such as Daimler Mercedes-Benz, Bayer, Pfizer, Uber, and Ezlo.
We are currently seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to join our team in Ukraine. This role is ideal for an independent, curious specialist who enjoys building processes from scratch, testing hypotheses in practice, and taking full responsibility for results. We need someone who is passionate about lead generation and actively uses AI tools in their work.
Responsibilities
- Define the company’s positioning and Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Build WebbyLab’s unique positioning to stand out from other outsourcing vendors.
- Develop separate sales strategies for outsourcing services and the company’s own products.
- Own the content strategy, including technical articles, case studies, and lead magnets.
- Work on SEO and new approaches to optimizing content for AI search.
- Independently make website updates: structure, copywriting, conversion pages.
- Maintain and strengthen the company’s profiles on Clutch, GoodFirms, and DesignRush.
- Launch and test paid and inbound channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn).
- Test hypotheses in practice.
- Collaborate with the sales team to define qualified leads and build the lead handoff process.
- Confidently read GA4 and Search Console, and make data-driven decisions.
- Set up analytics and report on results regularly.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing at an IT services/outsourcing/consulting company.
- Experience defining ICP and building positioning for a B2B product or service.
- Experience building a company’s marketing ecosystem from scratch.
- Hands-on experience in content, SEO, and paid advertising.
- Understanding of inbound and paid lead-gen channels, and the ability to test hypotheses.
- Experience working hands-on with the company website and building a sales strategy.
- Experience collaborating with a sales team.
- Ability to confidently analyze data (GA4, Search Console) and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) in daily work.
- High level of spoken English.
Nice to Have
- Outbound skills (LinkedIn, email sequences).
- Experience with employer branding (DOU, conference participation).
- Experience automating marketing processes via Make/Zapier/n8n or AI agents.
