Senior Product Manager

About the Position

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team at EPAM Systems, where some on-site work in Eindhoven is required. In this role, you will take ownership of product strategy, roadmap, and delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals
• Gather and analyse market trends, customer feedback, and competitive insights to inform product decisions
• Translate business requirements into clear product specifications and user stories
• Prioritise features and manage the product backlog to maximise value delivery
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure timely and high-quality product releases
• Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for improvement and optimisation
• Engage with stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure alignment across teams
• Drive go-to-market planning and support product launches in collaboration with marketing and sales teams
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards throughout the product lifecycle
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the product team

Requirements

• Proven experience as a product manager with a track record of delivering successful products
• Fluency in Dutch and English language required
• Strong understanding of product management principles, frameworks, and best practices
• Ability to define and execute product strategy and roadmap in complex environments
• Experience working with agile methodologies and cross-functional teams
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels
• Familiarity with tools for product management, backlog management, and analytics

• Experience with/or interest in Data, AI, ML, and/or Automation
