About the Position
We're seeking a Senior SEO Specialist with 5+ years of experience in SEO and iGaming to join our remote team, focusing on comprehensive SEO strategies and project growth.
Responsibilities
- Independently manage SEO projects end to end;
- Develop and implement SEO strategies focused on organic traffic, rankings, and business metrics, including registrations and FTD;
- Achieve project KPIs and intermediate SEO strategy goals;
- Conduct technical SEO analysis and test hypotheses to improve project performance;
- Manage content, technical optimization, and backlink strategies;
- Collaborate with Content, Link Building, and Development teams;
- Manage project budgets;
- Scale successful approaches across other projects;
- Propose and implement new ideas, approaches, and automation solutions;
- Prepare presale SEO audits for potential clients.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in SEO with proven successful project growth cases;
- At least 3 years of SEO experience in the iGaming industry;
- Deep understanding of search engine algorithms;
- English proficiency at B1 level or higher;
- Experience in developing and implementing comprehensive SEO strategies, including content strategy, technical optimization, backlink profile management, user experience (UX) improvements, and behavioral factor analysis;
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS sufficient to analyze code from an SEO perspective;
- Experience working with high-traffic and multi-regional websites;
- Deep understanding of search engine ranking factors;
- Experience with SERM and Parasite SEO;
- Strong Technical SEO expertise;
- Proficiency with professional SEO tools;
- Ability to effectively collaborate with developers, link builders, content managers, and designers;
- Experience with A/B testing of SEO hypotheses and traffic split testing;
- Experience analyzing search engine bot behavior;
- Ability to present, justify, and defend SEO strategies to business stakeholders;
- Understanding of key project and business metrics;
- Experience mentoring Middle-level specialists, including task setting, performance monitoring, and ongoing support;
- Experience automating routine tasks.
