About the Position

美容顾问- 厦门SM-YSL

We are seeking a Beauty Consultant for our Xiamen SM-YSL store to provide professional brand consultation and excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Achieve the company's sales targets.
• Use sales techniques to provide suitable products and a professional, personalized experience to meet consumer expectations.
• Maintain a 360° relationship with consumers, recruit new customers, and improve consumer loyalty.
• Collaborate well with department store/mall staff.
• Understand beauty market trends and competitor situations.
• Master brand and category knowledge (skincare knowledge, makeup techniques, perfume knowledge).
• Discover customer needs and provide personalized consultation services, recommend suitable products, and assist customers in product experience.
• Represent the brand image by providing good service attitude and after-sales service. Understand customer profiles, and contact and care for customers promptly (empathy and communication skills).
• Execute daily tasks assigned by the store manager, such as display, cleaning, inventory, and ensure the safety of store/counter property.
• Master the use of related retail systems, beauty equipment, and digital tools.
• Comply with company compliance policies and maintain brand image.
• Master brand knowledge and product knowledge.
• Uphold brand culture/values.
• Understand beauty market and consumer trends.
• Familiarize with company and brand policies and processes.
• Familiar with the use of digital tools.
• Passionate about the beauty retail industry.
• Good communication and clear expression skills.
• Strong learning ability and adaptability, with a team spirit.
• Good service awareness.
• Resilient in the face of work.
• Professional training courses for the corresponding brand.
