About the Position
Team Lead GO
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Lead GO to join our fast-growing business. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a multicultural team of top professionals in Development, Architecture, Management, Operations, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and more.
Responsibilities
- Technical & People Leadership: Make key architectural decisions, manage technical debt, and foster a high-performance culture within a team of 4 developers.
- Hiring & Onboarding: Build the recruitment pipeline, conduct technical interviews, and ensure a smooth integration of new hires into the team's processes.
- Delivery & Process Ownership: Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality features while optimizing the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve system-wide bottlenecks in high-load components.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with business teams to define technical requirements.
