About the Position
We are seeking a Lead Media Buyer with 3+ years of experience to manage a large-scale media buying team, focusing on adult content and US markets. This is a full-time remote position.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Adult Media Buying team
- Continue hands-on traffic buying and manage personal campaigns
- Set and monitor team KPIs
- Analyze CPA, ROI, spend, and traffic quality
- Find new traffic sources and profitable campaign angles
- Scale successful campaigns
- Coordinate creative strategy
- Mentor and develop Media Buyers
- Participate in hiring and onboarding new team members
- Plan budgets and traffic volumes
- Work closely with analytics, creative, and technical teams
- Take ownership of the overall financial performance of the direction
Requirements
- 3+ years of Media Buying experience
- Strong hands-on buying expertise
- Adult experience preferred
- Tier-1 experience, especially US
- $300K+ monthly budget management experience
- Previous Media Buying team management experience
- Strong analytical and financial skills
- Proven ability to scale profitable traffic
- Experience with trackers and spy tools
- Ability to combine leadership with hands-on buying
- Strong ownership and performance mindset
