About the Position

Responsibilities

• Assistance with Contracts: Initial analysis, document collection, and preparation of sample contract templates in the following areas:

  • Commercial Contracts: Purchase and sale, transfer, procurement, services, and leasing;
  • IT Sector: Development of computer programs, technical support, and user agreements;
  • Non-Banking Services: Marketplaces and advertising.

• Technical Support: Updating the list of contracts, monitoring their validity period, archiving documents, and sending correspondence.

• Execution of Orders: Research of judicial experience and industry legislation, as well as other tasks of a leading lawyer.

• Participation in Document Updates: Assistance in improving internal documents and updating sample contract forms.

• Initial Analysis of Requests: Collection of necessary information to prepare legal conclusions for company units.

• Collaboration with Government Agencies: Participation in preparing responses to government agency requests, documents for obtaining permits and necessary approvals.

Requirements

• Education: Higher education in law.

• Theoretical Knowledge: Good knowledge of civil, corporate, and intellectual property (IP) law.

• Skills: Ability to work with large volumes of information, high attention to detail, and a systematic approach to tasks.
