Senior Business Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our team, which develops solutions for automating assortment management and planning retail spaces. If you are interested in researching complex business processes, shaping product visions, and influencing digital solutions that help optimize the work of a large retail network, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing company functionality and business processes.
• Identify, collect, and analyze requirements for software implementation.
• Coordinate described requirements with the customer.
• Consult on various issues within the domain of analysts/developers or business.
• Gather requirements using various accepted methodologies: brainstorming with customers; focus groups, prototyping, surveys, and others.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience as a business analyst.
• Knowledge and practical experience with product metrics.
• Knowledge of MS SQL.
• Ability to describe business processes and process modeling.
• Experience in gathering and formalizing requirements, preparing documentation.
• Ability to describe documentation: User Story, Use Case, API, integrations.
• Proficiency in task tracking tools, diagramming, and prototyping.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Miro, draw.io, lucidchart.
